Common questions

Does Premium make me stronger in ranked games?

No. Premium is cosmetic and convenience only. Ranked play, matchmaking and Elo are identical for everyone — paying cannot buy you rating or an in-game advantage.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, in one click from this page. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

How does the free trial work?

New subscribers get a free trial and are not charged during it. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing at all. The free trial is available once per account.

Do I keep my skins if I cancel?

Skins you unlocked through Elo or Speed Runs are yours permanently. The four Premium-only skins require an active subscription.

Who processes my payment?

Payments are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle appears on your statement and handles billing, invoices and refunds. We never see or store your card details.
