Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Wall It (the “Service”), an online strategy game available at www.playwallit.com and as a mobile application. The Service is operated by Saleh Jarrah (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Choose an appropriate username. We may change or reclaim usernames that are offensive, impersonate others, or are reserved.
• Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• Email verification is required before you can play ranked or other online modes.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or automated tools to play or gain an advantage.
• Manipulate ratings, leaderboards or match outcomes, including deliberate losing or collusion.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or send unlawful, hateful or sexual content to other players.
• Attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the Service, or probe, scan or overload our systems.
• Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

We may issue warnings, remove content, reset progress, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

4. Messaging and player content

Messaging is limited to players who are mutually friends, is automatically filtered, and includes blocking and reporting tools. You are responsible for what you send. We may review reported content and remove it or act on the account involved. Do not share personal information with other players.

5. Premium subscription

• Premium is optional. All core gameplay is available free of charge.
• Premium provides convenience and cosmetic benefits only — currently unlimited practice attempts (“hearts”) and exclusive pawn designs. Premium does not provide any competitive advantage.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices are shown before purchase and may change; we will give notice before a change affects an existing subscription.
• Billing, invoicing and refunds are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Virtual items

Hearts, skins, ratings, stars and similar in-game items are licensed to you for use within the Service. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the Service. We may modify, replace or discontinue virtual items as the game evolves.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile screen, which permanently removes your account and associated data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost progress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
